Huskey Lubricants

A multi-service, non-melting, waterproof grease fortified with PTFE. It is designed specifically to lubricate, seal out water, and resist chemical attack under the most demanding conditions.

 With its excellent film strength and extreme pressure qualities, it forms a tough durable film of lubrication that prevents metal to metal contact. 

A multi-purpose semi-synthetic, non melting grease designed for general lubrication in food processing facilities. Due to its excellent film forming characteristics and anti-wear qualities it will stay on the metal surfaces much longer than conventional greases on the market today, resulting in longer lasting lubricity, with fewer lubrication intervals.  

A pure synthetic, completely waterproof grease containing PTFE, formulated to seal out water and lubricate under the most adverse conditions.  

With its highly adhesive qualities and high load-carrying characteristics, it forms a tough durable film of lubrication that prevents metal-to-metal contact even under severe shock loads.

Formulated from PAG base oils and carefully selected additives to provide long service life, excellent wear protection. The combination of outstanding oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures, a very high viscosity index, and an excellent low-temperature properties makes them suitable for year round use over a wide temperature range in paper, steel, oil, textile, lumber and cement industries 

 A waterproof, fully synthetic lubricating fluids that are biodegradable, do not emulsify with water, have excellent extreme pressure characteristics.

 The extreme pressure properties and resistance to forming emulsions with water make them an excellent lubricant for vertical turbine pumps in water and waste treatment plants. . The droplets to coalesce rapidly makes them an excellent choice for mist lubrication systems 

 A unique high-temperature, extreme pressure, non-melting premium quality grease designed for very heavy-duty service in adverse environments.  A synthetic high temperature grease which is extremely water-resistant with tough lubricating film that prevents water washout and metal-to-metal contact even under extreme pressure or shock loading.  Applications include ball and roller bearings, plummer blocks, high speed bearings, bushings, slides, valve operators and bearings, gears, screw drives, couplings, cranes and general lubrication.

A multi-purpose grease blended from the highest quality selected paraffinic petroleum oils, polymers and shear stable synthetic thickeners and treated with the latest chemical E.P. additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors to provide lasting protection against friction, wear and corrosion, with added Graphite and Molybdenum Disulfide (MOLY) lubricating solids of precise sub-micron and micron size have been completely homogenized into the product to further enhance load capacity, improve metal surfaces and reduce friction - protection against fretting and corrosion.

A new generation multi-purpose long life grease designed for today’s demanding industries.  A blend of the highest quality paraffinic base oils and polymers coupled with HUSKEY’S newest proprietary extreme pressure additive which forms a tough durable film of protection from friction, wear and corrosion over a wider temperature range (-30°C. to +285°C).  Recommended for all roller, sleeve and pillow block bearings, bushings, couplings, universal joints, and sliding surfaces where a multi-purpose or extreme pressure grease is required providing longer life

A second generation polyurea grease with a unique new, high performance, multi-purpose characteristics. It is formulated from pure petroleum base oils then fortified with extreme pressure additives and rust and oxidation inhibitors. HUSKEY MP-2 Polyurea Grease gives longer bearing life under high speed, high temperature and high water applications than most other widely used antifriction bearing greases. The distinctive Green color makes it easy to identify during and after lubrication.

 An excellent choice for automotive applications and recommended for wheel bearings that must withstand heat generated by disc brakes.

   A premium quality synthetic high temperature grease fortified with molybdenum disulfide (Moly). 

It is blended completely from pure synthetic base oils and thickeners to provide extended service life and wide temperature ranges, providing dry film lubrication upto +455°C.

 A truly multi-service lubricant for extended service under extreme conditions owing to its high film strength, anti-wear action and load-carrying capabilities and applications include  bearings in kiln cars, lithograph ovens, heat treating, pumps, motors, conveyors or anywhere severe high or low temperatures may exist. 

A heavy-duty, highly tenacious, semi-synthetic open gear lubricant containing a balanced blend of molybdenum disulfide (moly) and graphite, incorporated in a non-asphaltic, non-melt base grease that contains no clay fillers. 

 Typical applications of HUSKEY OPEN GEAR GREASE include all open gears, sliding surfaces, gibs, guides and ways, forging hammers, kilns, and is an excellent cable dressing. 

Operating temperature range : 

-21°C to +220°C

A non-hardening and non-carbonizing silicone lubricant with excellent dielectric properties, plus both physical and thermal stability which is insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, dilute acids and caustics, vegetable and mineral oils, glycol and glycerin. 

A USDA/NSF H-1 Registration permits use of HUSKEY 350 SILICONE GREASE in applications where there may be incidental food contact.  The long service life and chemical resistance, makes it an excellent lubricant and sealant for many valves including plug, pressure, vacuum and control and is also a very effective lubricant for O-rings and other rubber or plastic applications 

 The latest technology in lubrication, formulated from pure silicone base oils and selectively treated with rust, oxidation and anti-wear additives coupled with a shear stable thickener to provide maximum parts protection in a wide range of temperatures from -45°C to +300°C. 

 Originally designed as a problem solving, anti-corrosion lubricant for all moving caliper hardware, backing plates and seals of Disc Brake Caliper assemblies. However, due to its water, chemical and corrosion resistance capabilities it is an excellent choice in a wide variety of automotive, marine, agriculture, household and industrial applications. 

A blend of the finest quality pure synthetic base oil and additives available and is formulated with Molybdenum Disulfide (Moly). It is truly a multi-service lubricant for extended service under extremely high and low temperature conditions from -38°C to +260°C with dry film lubrication to 455°C.

 HUSKEY 650 HT OIL is designed for chain and bearing applications in lithograph ovens, heat treating, paint dryers, kilns, stenter frame chains and many other high temperature conditions.  

 These are a heavy duty, multi-functional, anti-wear oils designed to meet the demanding needs of a wide variety of modern industrial equipment. They are non-detergent oils formulated with special additives to condition seals and reduce leaking. Applications include hydraulic equipments, vacuum pumps, chains, general purpose oiling, air line lubrications, gear boxes etc,.

Formulated from selected blend of high viscosity index synthetic esters and premium additives coupled with HUSKEY’S newest proprietary extreme pressure additive which forms a tough durable film of protection from friction, wear and corrosion over a wide temperature range. 

 Designed for lubrication of high temperature, high speed chains, bearings and guides used in painting and printing oven applications but due to their outstanding high temperature and low carbon forming characteristics - they are an excellent choice for similar applications found in wide variety of industrial chain applications. 

A heavy duty extreme pressure oil formulated from the highest quality selected synthetic base oils and additives available. These high quality 100% synthetic oils have been designed to give extra protection in high and low temperature applications. HUSKEY SGL-800 SERIES OILS are NSF H-2 Registered for use in food processing plants. 

 Formulated primarily for heavy-duty industrial enclosed gear sets and heavily loaded plain and roller bearings and they are in excellent choice for high temperature chains and bearings found in lithograph ovens, dryers, kilns and stenter frames, etc
